ORAL EXERCISES

Exercise 1

After doing the Writing part, now let's move to the Oral part!
Hope you kept your exercise where you had to fill the blanks of the FRIENDS' extract. Now you have the full speech, let's repeat it. 3 steps to do it perfectly.

FIRST ➑ read it slowly, as much times as you need to feel ready
SECOND ➑ say it at the same time as the extract, with the characters saying it, and same, as much time as you need.
THIRD ➑ say it out loud, trying the pronounce the best way the word, even exaggerating it, as much as you need.

Now you can say it perfectly, don't be afraid to repeat it a lot of times, that's it exactly what you have to do, practice by speaking.


Exercise 2

With your partner, choose a question from the following list. Then, you will have to briefly discuss and talk about it. Of course you can prepare it, by searching some words, have the right conjugation, use the following platforms that will help you:

- Wordreference

- DeepL Traduction

- or just simply a paper dictionary

These tools are the ones which will help you improving your english, by knowing new words in specific fields, new expressions. BUT never forget that you have to express yourself with your own words, traduction tools will help you but your reflexion is your best tool.

Now let's choose a topic and someone with who you are going to exchange, don't forget to develop as much as you can your ideas, it's the most important, let express yourself

          - QUESTIONS:

             πŸ’š  Is it important to look after the environment?

             πŸ€–  If you could appear in any fictional world, where would you go?

             πŸ’¬  What books would you recommend to other people of your age?

             πŸ‘¬  What is the most memorable memory you have ever taken?

             πŸ’ͺ  Is there anything you would like to study in the future?

             πŸ’₯  Have you ever been to a music festival? If so, what was it like?


To have the best experience, record yourselves, and with that you could watch it afterwards, to see what you have to ameliorate, it can be whatever!


Exercise 3

The english language can be hard to pronounce, the use of the tongue is way different from spanish. What can be better then saying TONGLE TWISTERS, to improve your pronounciation!
Here is a list of some, try on pronouncing them, and don't afraid to seem a little bit dumb πŸ˜‚
After saying them all, try to find the equivalent in your language :)
